"Saturday Night was just part of a few demos that had been put down that year. I guess if I’d stopped everything and become a mum and stayed at home it would’ve been different, but when you live a fast life, the time seems to fly." Saturday Night had been around since 1991 and nobody wanted to release it. I don’t feel the real age when you see yourself in the mirror – I don’t feel any older than 26. The Netherlands received a 2-CD version where the first disc contained remixes and a bonus song, while the second disc featured the original album. In Japan, the album was titled Saturday Night - Let's Whiggy Dance. The album was released in many countries in 1995, while in Australia it was released in 1997.
